Thank you so much for your recent presentation at our Training Day for The Neurosensory Unit/Queensland Hearing Aids and Audiological Services.

It was a most valuable experience! You made us laugh AND you made us cry!!! All of our administration staff walked away that day on an absolute high.  We really enjoyed your workshop and all your suggestions were taken on board by all of us present.  We really enjoyed hearing about your experiences and the manner in which you delivered your workshop was very entertaining.  We all work well as a team but after your presentation and workshop we learned so much and improved on our coping mechanisms for the day to day stress we experience on the ‘frontline’.
