- Patient Bookings
- Medicare, bulk billing and gap payments
- Veteran’s Affairs health care process
- Work Cover claims and CTP motor vehicle accident claims

BSBMED305B – Apply the Principles of Confidentiality, Privacy & Security within the Medical Environment.
You will learn the knowledge and understanding of the multifaceted issues in relation to information that must remain confidential. It will also give you strategies and procedures and communication skills to ensure you follow all privacy protocols.
